Extra Fee For Same Day Appointments


• We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or service.

• Same day appointments that are canceled or rescheduled will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost.

• HYEV reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions depending on staff levels, weather conditions, and/or equipment failure.

• In the event that the vehicle, customers, or keys are not present at the time and location of the ordered service, HYEV may cancel the appointment and charge the full value of the order.
